choose to connect them and only for functionality related to the
Growtonomy service. We do not sell your private account credentials

because you use Growtonomy. Access occurs only when you intentionally

The data available to Growtonomy depends on the permissions granted
to the application and the APIs made available by the relevant
third-party provider.

Growtonomy processes information to provide and improve the
user-facing functionality of the service, including to:

Growtonomy does not use connected-account access for unrelated
purposes.
6. Artificial Intelligence
Growtonomy includes AI-assisted functionality designed to analyze
business information, identify growth opportunities, compare
possible strategies, and prepare recommendations or content.
Depending on the configuration selected by the user, Growtonomy
may use locally operated AI models or third-party AI service
providers.
When information is submitted to an AI provider, Growtonomy limits
that information to what is reasonably necessary for the requested
feature and subject to applicable provider rules, user permissions,
and third-party platform restrictions.
Data obtained through third-party APIs is not used to train a
Growtonomy general-purpose AI model unless such use is explicitly
permitted by the applicable platform, applicable law, and the
affected user has provided any consent that may be required.
Some platforms impose additional restrictions on whether their data
may be supplied as input to AI systems. Growtonomy applies those
platform-specific restrictions when processing such data.
AI-generated recommendations may contain errors. Users should review
generated output before relying on it or publishing it externally.
7. Google API Data
When you connect a Google service, Growtonomy may request access
to Google data only through the permissions required for the
functionality you choose to enable.
Examples include access to Google Analytics reporting information
or Google Play Developer Reporting metrics.
Growtonomy uses Google API information only to provide or improve
user-facing Growtonomy functionality, such as:
- Displaying authorized analytics metrics.
- Analyzing acquisition and growth performance.
- Displaying authorized application-performance metrics.
- Identifying growth trends or problems.
- Measuring the results of user-authorized growth activity.
Growtonomy requests only the Google permissions necessary for the
features being used.
Growtonomy does not sell Google user data or use Google user data
for advertising purposes.
Growtonomy’s use and transfer to any other application of
information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API
Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Users may revoke Growtonomy’s Google authorization through
Growtonomy’s connection controls or their Google Account security
settings.
8. LinkedIn Data
Growtonomy’s LinkedIn integration is intended for authorized
users and administrators managing LinkedIn organization Pages.
Subject to LinkedIn approval, API availability, permissions, and
user authorization, Growtonomy may process LinkedIn information to:
- Authenticate an authorized LinkedIn user.

Identify organizations or Pages the authorized user is permitted

Allow the user to select a LinkedIn organization for a Growtonomy
project. - Display permitted organization and engagement information.
- Help users manage supported organization activity.

and supported by LinkedIn.
Growtonomy processes LinkedIn data only in accordance with the
applicable LinkedIn API agreements, developer documentation,
permissions, data-retention rules, and AI restrictions.
LinkedIn Page or member data obtained through LinkedIn APIs is not
used to train Growtonomy’s general-purpose AI models.
Where AI-assisted processing of LinkedIn data is used, Growtonomy
will restrict that processing to use cases permitted by LinkedIn,
and any third-party AI processing will be subject to applicable
LinkedIn requirements.
AI-generated LinkedIn content intended to be attributed to a user
should be presented to the user for review and editing before
publication when required by LinkedIn’s applicable policies.
9. Reddit Data
Reddit functionality is provided only to the extent Growtonomy
has the appropriate Reddit authorization and API access for the
applicable use case.
If Reddit connectivity is enabled and authorized, Growtonomy may
process information made available through Reddit’s permitted
developer services, such as:
- The authorized Reddit account identity.
- Account authorization information.
- Public Reddit content permitted through Reddit’s APIs.
- Information necessary to identify relevant discussions.
- User-approved engagement records.
Growtonomy does not represent that it provides unrestricted
automated Reddit posting.
Reddit data is processed only for functionality permitted under
Reddit’s developer terms, policies, applicable agreements, and
user authorization.
Growtonomy does not use Reddit content obtained through Reddit
developer services to train general-purpose artificial intelligence
models unless Reddit and the relevant rights holders expressly
permit such use.
Users may disconnect a Reddit account from Growtonomy and request
deletion of Reddit-related information retained by Growtonomy,
subject to legal obligations and applicable Reddit requirements.
11. Sale of Personal Information
Growtonomy does not sell your personal information, connected
account credentials, OAuth tokens, or private third-party account
data.
Growtonomy does not sell information obtained through Google,
LinkedIn, Reddit, or other connected-platform APIs.
12. Data Storage
Growtonomy is designed as a local-first Windows application.
Project information, configuration, reports, account connection
information, and other application data may therefore be stored
locally on the user’s device.
Some features necessarily communicate with external services,
including connected platform APIs and AI providers selected by the
user.
The precise location and duration of external processing may depend
on the provider involved and the user’s configuration.
13. Security
Growtonomy uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards
intended to protect information against unauthorized access,
disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Safeguards may include:
- OAuth-based authorization where supported.
- Use of provider-issued access and refresh tokens.
- Restricted access to credentials.
- Encrypted network communication where applicable.
- Local data-storage controls.
- Permission minimization.
- Connection verification.
- Application and integration testing.
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure,
and Growtonomy cannot guarantee absolute security.

enforce agreements, or satisfy applicable third-party platform
requirements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information
and the connected service.
Data subject to a third-party platform’s mandatory retention or
deletion requirements will be handled according to those
requirements.
15. Account Disconnection and Data Deletion
Users may disconnect supported third-party integrations through
Growtonomy’s connection-management functionality where available.
Disconnecting an integration prevents Growtonomy from making new
API requests using the disconnected authorization, subject to the
technical behavior of the relevant provider.
Users may also revoke authorization directly through the connected
platform where that platform provides authorization controls.
You may request deletion of personal information retained by
Growtonomy by contacting us using the address provided below.
Upon a valid deletion request, Growtonomy will delete or anonymize
applicable information unless retention is necessary or permitted
for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or platform
compliance reasons.
